  Friday, March 29, 2024 -  On June 9, 2022, Senior Investigator Patterson was involved in a fatal car crash while on duty in St. Lucie County.

  Friday, March 15, 2024 -  The operator of the vessel was armed and onboard; lying prone on the deck of the boat, they discovered 25 individuals, including five unaccompanied children, illegally entering the country.

• FWC Investigator Gregory Todd Hoyle named National Wild Turkey Federation Wildlife Officer of the Year

  Tuesday, February 20, 2024 -  Investigator Hoyle led the FWC in an investigation into the illegal taking of wild turkeys that would span more than two years, involve multiple suspects and account for at least 150 wild turkeys poached illegally.
