• Cherry Lake Working Group hosting public meeting on lake management

  Wednesday, April 6, 2022 -  The Cherry Lake Working Group is hosting a public meeting on Tuesday, April 19, from 6-8 p.m. at 4H Camp Cherry. Prior to the meeting, the Friends of Cherry Lake will host a BBQ from 4 to 5:30 p.m. with requested donations.

• FWC begins habitat enhancement project on Lake Jackson

  Thursday, March 24, 2022 -  Habitat enhancement efforts, including management of invasive plants in open water and replanting scraped sites with native bulrush, are scheduled to be completed by June 1, 2022.
