Wildlife Viewing

Wildlife viewing is excellent at almost any spot within this area, from mesic flatwoods with their gopher tortoises and Bachman’s sparrows, to numerous wetlands with wading birds, otters and alligators. Visit the Wildlife page for more details.
Hiking and Bicycling

Explore 2.4 miles of unpaved roads and experience a variety of habitats and wildlife. An additional 4.3 miles of firebreaks are also open for hiking, though walking conditions may vary.
