Effective November 1, 2025, all commercial payments and applications for licenses and endorsements must be submitted online via FWC’s Commercial Licensing System, CLSOnline. Payments sent via mail or hand-delivered will not be accepted or processed and will be returned to customers with instructions for completing the payment online.
