J.W. Corbett

  1. SUV permits are only valid during periods when hunting with archery and gun equipment is allowed.
  2. SUV permits are not valid in areas designated for still hunting
  3. During Archery and Spring Turkey Seasons the permittee is authorized to take the most direct route to the immediate vicinity of his or her hunting site, stand or blind. Access is unrestricted during other open hunting seasons.

Okaloacoochee Slough

  1. In addition to established named or numbered roads, permittee may use service roads or other well-defined roads, trails and fire lanes.
  2. SUV permits are only valid during periods when hunting with archery and gun equipment is allowed.
  3. Permit valid only for holders of valid quota permit or checked in hunters during small game season.  Individuals without a quota permit, not checked in, and/or outside the hunting season will be able to contact the state forest headquarters at 863-612-0776 and apply for a "Forest Use Permit" through the Florida Forest Service.

Picayune Strand

  1. In addition to established named or numbered roads, permittee may use service roads or other well-defined roads, trails and fire lanes.
  2. SUV permits are only valid during periods when hunting with archery and gun equipment is allowed.
  3. Permit valid only for holders of valid quota permit or checked in hunters during small game season. Individuals without a quota permit, not checked in, and/or outside the hunting season will be able to contact the state forest headquarters at 239-348-7557 and apply for a "Forest Use Permit" through the Florida Forest Service.

Rotenberger

SUV permit is not valid on this area.

Southern Glades

SUV permit is not valid on this area.

Spirit-of-the-Wild

Vehicles may be operated on named and numbered roads year-round. SUV permits are only valid during periods when hunting with archery and gun equipment is allowed.
