Florida Youth Conservation Centers Network (FYCCN) – Aims to uphold Florida's outdoor heritage by educating and empowering Florida's youth and educators with outdoor know-how and conservation concepts

  • FWC Youth Summer Camps – The FWC runs four outdoor adventure/conservation-minded youth summer camps throughout the state. These one-of-a-kind summer camps provide opportunities for children to learn about archery, hunting, fishing, and nature. The Joe Budd Youth Conservation Center offers a day camp located just outside Tallahassee in Midway while the Suncoast Youth Conservation Center offers a day camp in the Tampa Bay area. There are also two overnight camps – the Ocala Outdoor Adventure Camp in Silver Springs, and the Everglades Youth Conservation Camp near West Palm Beach.
  • National Archery in the Schools Program – Teaches target archery to middle and high school students during physical education classes.
  • Youth Hunter Education Challenge – Next step outdoor skills and safety training for young people who have successfully completed a hunter safety course.
  • Bowhunter Education Course – A comprehensive safety course that teach students important laws and regulations, game identification, and safe, responsible handling of archery equipment.
  • Becoming an Outdoors Woman (BOW) Program – Hands-on workshops that teach outdoors skills such as hunting, fishing, camping and kayaking in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
