Spatial sampling coverage for 2023
A map of the state of Florida contains red dots along all coastal areas of the state that show coastal and offshore sites where samples were taken in 2022. Most of the dots are along the west coast of Florida between Hernando and Collier counties as well as clusters in the Panhandle.
Monthly sampling activity in 2023
A line graph shows the number of samples sent in by community scientists during each month of 2023. Starting point at 297 samples collected in January, increasing to the peak of 454 samples collected in March, followed by a decreasing pattern with some slight increases until December, when the lowest number of samples (209) was collected.
