Commissioner Joshua Kellam

Kellam is the President of The Garcia Companies and an active member of his community, serving on multiple boards that currently include T. Roosevelt Action and Florida Council of 100 as well as serving as Vice Chair of the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida.

An avid sportsman and conservation enthusiast, Kellam previously served as a member of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the South Florida Water Management District Water Resource Advisory Coalition, and the Florida Public Service Commission Nominating Council.
