FWC offices in SW Florida now operational; Babcock/Webb WMA reopens Thursday

All Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) offices in the agency’s 12-county Southwest Region were reopened as of 6 a.m. (EDT), Aug. 20.  These include all offices in Lee, Charlotte, Desoto, Hardee, Highlands, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando counties.

Additionally, the Fred C. Babcock/Cecil M. Webb Wildlife Management Area in Charlotte County will reopen to public access at 1 a.m. (EDT), Thursday, Aug. 21.
