Returned Quota Permits - Returned permits will be reissued once a week during Phase III. The application period for reissues will be every Saturday at 12 noon ET through Tuesday at 12 noon ET. A random drawing will be conducted, and results will be posted by Wednesday morning at 10:00am ET
Special Bear Permit - Bear Season is Closed - The Special-Use Bear Permit is required in order to harvest bear during the bear hunting season. The permits will be available beginning August 3, 2015 to October 23, 2015 at 11:59pm ET. Read more...

New Shellfish Endorsement Required - Beginning July 1, all Saltwater Products License (SPL) holders who commercially harvest, possess or sell oysters or hard clams and do not have either an Apalachicola Bay Oyster Harvest License (ABOHL) or an aquaculture certificate issued by the Florida 
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) are required to have a Shellfish Endorsement on their SPL card. The acronym for this new endorsement is “BV” and this is what you will see on the SPL card.Read more...
