Hunter safety courses offered in 3 counties in June

Everglades National Park and FWC to Expand Python Removal Efforts

Everglades National Park and the FWC are partnering to expand the park’s Python Removal Authorized Agent Program by allowing paid FWC contractors to remove pythons in Everglades National Park.  

FWC plans hydrilla treatment in Lake Hatchineha

The FWC will treat a 150-acre trail to enable navigation on the lake, using herbicides approved for use in lakes by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
