Deer management units, increased antler regulations go statewide; archery opens in Zone A!

The FWC is working to improve Florida white-tailed deer management at a local level by establishing deer management units throughout the state, each with its own set of antler regulations and antlerless deer harvest days.

FWC Facts:
Two crappie species exist in Florida. Black crappie occur throughout the state, but white crappie occur in just two Panhandle rivers.
