FWC removal efforts target Nile monitors; public can help

The FWC is on the lookout for Nile monitor lizards in Palm Beach County and is increasing efforts to locate and remove them. You can help by photograpingh and reporting any Nile monitor sightings; reports can greatly assist wildlife managers in directing removal efforts.

Alligators, crocodiles get active this time of year

The FWC recommends keeping pets away from the water. There are other precautionary measures people should take to reduce the chances of conflicts with alligators and crocodiles and brochures are available at MyFWC.com/Alligator and MyFWC.com/Crocodile.
