Aquatic plant management meeting for Lake Sampson

Aquatic plant management issues on Lake Sampson are the topic of a Feb. 12 meeting to be held by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC).

The meeting is at the Bradford County Public Library, 456 W. Pratt St. in Starke, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m.

Interested stakeholders are encouraged to attend, express their views and provide comments on aquatic plant management issues for Lake Sampson.

“The information received at this meeting will be used to help develop the aquatic plant management plan for the next fiscal year,” said Ryan Hamm, FWC regional biologist. “Please feel free to pass along this information to any other individuals who may be interested.”
