MRRP is not an expensive program to implement, but it does require time and continued maintenance.
The more support and commitment provided by community members and cooperative organizations, the less costly the program becomes.
Fortunately, MRRP is an easy program for which to rally support and donations because its need is evident, it is innovative and new, and it doesn’t ostracize any interest group.
