About
GISA GIS is an integrated collection of computer hardware, software, and
data which is used to store, manipulate, display, and analyze layers of
information. It is a computer based tool for solving problems that uses the
common theme of "location" to tie spatial data to unique features
on a map and analyze those features through their associated databases. GIS
facilitates better decision making, dynamic visualization, and analysis of
spatial relations.
