FWC Manatee Art Decal Contest 2006 Winner |

A Citrus County middle school student won the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) manatee art decal contest and will have his artwork featured on the 2006-07 manatee decal. Donovan Foster, 13, a student at Citrus Springs Middle School, created a watercolor titled “Manatees at Sunrise,” showing a manatee and calf.
