How to search for your permit:
Enter your last name OR permit number. If you
wish to search by permit number, replace the current year with the year you
obtained your permit. (Example: Replace the 2008 with 2007.)
Click SEARCH.
You
will be able to print a duplicate permit or report your take.
You may report as often
as you like, but all activity and take must be reported before April 30 of the year
the permit was issued.
If you cannot locate the permittee you are searching for you may call 850-488-5878 (this is not
a toll free call).
