- Unlawful possession of a gun in a Wildlife Management Area.

| | - Unlawful taking/attempting to take alligator.
- Unlawful taking of more than 3 over the bag limit of trout, snook or redfish.
- Buying/selling saltwater species without wholesale license.
- Net transit violations.
- Taking saltwater fish with prohibited gear (excluding nets.)

| | - Unlawful taking, attempting to take or possession of big game.
- Unlawful sale or possession of game fish (commercial quantities.)
- Molesting threatened or endangered species, net violations, trap robbing (lobster, stone crabs, etc.)
- Boating under the influence.
- Vandalism to an FWC Gun Range.
- Taking, possession, selling, or buying commercial quantities of saltwater species without a saltwater products license.
