This program was developed to help teachers introduce younger students (3rd - 4th grade) to bird watching. Please print one copy of the Teachers Guide, which contains background, resources and specific directions to lead students through the program. You can also print as many copies of the Bird Detective activity guide, designed to introduce your students to nearly 50 species of common birds found in Florida, as you have students. When students have identified and listed 15 birds, they receive the hummingbird certificate, which you can either print or request a  preprinted copy.
