Mike Spelman is a long-time Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission employee and an avid diver and underwater photographer. He currently works at the Joe Budd Aquatic Education Center, and among his previous assignments he was involved in the Gulf Coast Striper reintroduction study and Apalachicola River Project. His photography and tips are featured in this section, which is designed to help introduce us surface dwellers to what lies below the air-water interface of our rivers and lakes.
