Florida Osceola Turkey, Wild Hog, Largemouth Bass Trip - Fund Raiser for the Lake Trafford Restoration Fund

Official Rules and General Information

1. You must be 21 years of age or older to bid.

2. To Bid, print your name, address, birthdate, daytime and nighttime phone numbers and bid amount on a 3 x 5 card or facsimile. Mail or fax (561/625-5129) the information with the written bid amount ($700.00 minimum). Send to: Lake Trafford Restoration Project, c/o Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission, 8535 Northlake Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412.

3. Bids will be accepted until midnight, February 15, 1998, and bids will be opened February 16, 1998 at the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, West Palm Beach office. If the highest bidder cannot be located within 7 days following February 16,1998, the next highest bidder will become eligible.

4. The highest bidder must pay the bid in full, within seven days after notification. Bid amounts can be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

5. Winner and guest (see guest rules) will be required to sign a liability and publicity release which must be submitted prior to arrival.

6. Multiple bids may be submitted.

7. Winner may bring a guest with full privileges under the following conditions: (A) Guest must contribute the full winning bid amount or (B) If the guest is a spouse or dependent household member, the contribution will be one-half of the winning bid amount.

8. Transportation will be provided to and from the Southwest Regional Airport, Ft. Myers, Florida, and while on the ranch.

9. Three nights lodging and meals will be provided on the ranch.

10. Hunting and fishing licenses will be provided.

11. In addition to arrival day, the following two full days and one-half day will be available for activities.

12. Trip dates will be negotiable during Spring Gobbler Season, 7 March - 12 April, 1998.

13. Winner and guest will be allowed one (1) turkey and one (1) hog each.

14. The value of this package is approximately $1,500 - $2,000. per person.

15. Odds of winning are dependent upon total number and amount of bids received.

16. Taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the winner.

17. This trip opportunity is open to residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. All federal, state and local laws apply.

18. Sponsors of this promotion are not responsible for accidents.
