FISHERIES SCRIBBLE PAINT PAD

Directions to use Paint:

Select a drawing mode from the list on the left.
The 3 modes are: Pen, Stamp or background.

Note: Selecting background will erase any drawing you have made and replace it with a background on which you can use pen or stamp.

To draw with the pen:

A) Click the mouse and choose "Pen" mode.
B) Now keep the mouse button down and drag the mouse to where you want to draw a line.
C) You can change the pen color at any time, while in Pen mode (the bar at top shows the color and the choices are in the dropdown list to the right (1=black, 2=white, 3=green, 4=light blue, 5=dark blue, 6=red, 7=pink, 8=lavender, 9=orange, 10=yellow).

For Stamp or Background mode, give the program a few seconds after making your selection, for it to load.

To use a stamp:

A) Click the mouse and choose "Stamp" mode.
B) Move the mouse to the area you want to place the stamp and press the mouse button.
C) You can place the stamp more than once in your painting.
D) To choose another stamp, select the number of the stamp you want (1=bass, 2=bream, 3=catfish, 4=duck, 5=turtle, 6=frog, 7=lily, 8=girl fishing, 9=boy fishing, 10=snorkeler.

To use a background:

Note: Remember that the background erases previous paintings, and gives it a new background.

A) Click the mouse on "Background" mode. select a number for the background.
B) Now you can use pen or stamp mode to draw over this background.

If you want to start over, you can erase everything. The Clear button erases everything, including the background.

To print your art in Windows 95 or higher:
You need to capture the artwork on the screen by pressing PRINT SCREEN. Now go to Paint or any other image program and paste the image to print it out.

For the Mac do:
command-shift-3, the screen is saved as "picture 1", or another numbered PICT file in the root level of your hard drive for you to print. The new Mac OS has command-shift-4, to select the area saved.

You can also print a Kids Fishing PDF image (instructions) and color it.  Then mail or e-mail a scanned copy to us, and we'll post it on this site.
