Office of Policy and Accountability

The Office of Policy and Accountability (OPA) supports and coordinates agency planning, program and process improvement, policy development and rule making. OPA uses performance improvement expertise and resources to help other staffs develop, monitor, implement and evaluate agency strategic and operational plans; and to support collaborative work across the agency.
