 Temporary exclusion permit for major linear utility corridors
This is a type of on-site relocation conservation permit that is specifically reserved for the installation of major linear utility transmission lines. A paper-based temporary exclusion application is available until the online permitting system can be modified to accommodate this permit type in the future. Emergency take without relocation permit
This permit will only be issued under limited and specific circumstance in cases where there is an immediate danger to the public’s health and/or safety or in direct response to an official declaration of a state of emergency by the Governor of Florida or a local government entity.
