The Phase I alligator harvest permit payment period is over.  Permits remaining from Phase I will be issued first-come, first-served beginning 10:00 AM Eastern Time on July 1, 2009 thru July 06, 2009. If you did not apply in Phase I, you were unsuccessful in Phase I or you were successful in Phase I and did not submit the required fee payment, you may apply in this phase. You are limited to one permit in Phase II.

To apply online, first check permit availability for areas that you want to hunt.   Then go to the TLS online license & permit sales site, select "Limited Entry/Quota Permits and Applications," and click the "start now" button at the bottom of the page.  On the following page, click the "Apply for Limited Entry/Quota Permit" button, answer the residency question, and input your Customer ID, Driver's License number, or Social Security Number and your date of birth.  Verify your address and "continue."  On the next page,  you should select privilege code "122" if you are a resident, and non-residents should choose "123."  On the following pages, select the harvest areas and period dates, and checkout.  If you are unsuccessful, you can re-check permit availability and apply again if permits are still available.
