The names serve as links to the quarterly freshwater fisheries sites and forecast page where more info is available.  The following chart indicates, using High (H), Medium (M) and Low (L) a subjective rating by local administrators, and where possible representatives of the ADA community, of how effectively these areas  meet the needs of physically challenged anglers.
